My NLP therapy session with Raji was truly life-changing. I walked in carrying so much self-doubt and anger, but walked out feeling lighter, understood, and empowered. She helped me see myself through kinder eyes, gave me the confidence to believe in my worth, and showed me how to embrace who I am. The shift in me has touched every part of my life—my children feel it, my partner sees it, and for the first time in a long time, I feel brave enough to open up to people around me. I’m deeply grateful for the healing and hope she has given me.

I attended The Phoenix Circle on Jun 14th 2024. To be honest it was my first time attending a session on a women’s healing circle, so I didn’t know what to expect. But after the session, I felt seen and heard and I realised that we all go through the same things in life as women ie. Living in a patriarchal society and society’s expectation for women. It was a safe space for us to share our journey without being judged. I’m glad that I was able to join and definitely came out of the session lighter.

So, I heard about the Phoenix Circle through a good friend, and since I am new in Malaysia I thought that would be a great way to meet like minded women. And ohhh, I met so many amazing women, so powerful, go-getters and mainly so welcoming. The minute I entered, Kriska met me with a warm hug and instantly made me feel so welcomed. It was an amazing experience overall, with wonderful women sharing their strengths... some in Reiki healing, NLP, energy cleansing, tarot cards, feminine energy activation dance, we really learned some epic moves.... 💃💃💃 I truly feel if anyone is looking for a Circle that allows women to be in their feminine and guides them on how to embody that energy daily, it has to be the Phoenix Circle I attended created by Kriska, Raji and other wonderful ladies. Keep up the beautiful work and keep creating such safe space for women to release and feel accepted 🩷🥰🩷

Having worked with Raji and Kriska on multiple projects, I’ve experienced how they both create a space for profound inner work. Raji’s Timeline Therapy sessions have been especially impactful for me. I remember one session where I was guided to revisit a past memory I had never fully processed. Raji’s calm, steady yet firm voice made it easy to drop into that memory without feeling overwhelmed. As she guided me through the experience, I was able to visualize not only the past but also what a new timeline could look like—one where I was empowered and free from old patterns. It was incredible to feel such a shift in real-time, like stepping into a version of myself I hadn’t fully known was possible. Kriska’s Through Me Journal has been a key tool for me on my own inner work journey. I started using it about five years ago, and it really became the catalyst for my personal healing. The prompts in her journal encouraged me to dig deeper and face parts of myself I had avoided. It helped me build a relationship with my emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in a way that felt safe and compassionate. Kriska’s approach to authenticity, journaling and shadow work is grounded in such understanding and empathy, making the process feel like a healing experience rather than a daunting task. Her self-love practices have guided me to be kinder to myself, no matter where I am on my journey. Together, Raji and Kriska offer a space that is both personal and expansive.
